Andrew and Michelle seemed to have mastered ensuring customer needs are understood and do their absolute best and go beyond what is expected to ensure those needs are met.
Installed a 10KVA Sunsynk system with batteries and solar panels. After 4 quotes their pricing was competitively in line, and set out clearly so as to assure one that the products purchased are of high quality and can be verified by the details from the quote. Detailed planning included optimization of solar panel installation on the roof to maximize solar input, roof support and mounting systems to ensure the tricky Nutec roof we have doesn’t get damaged. Layout drawing of the installation inside the garage, in depth explanation of how the system works and how it can be controlled via the onboard computer and monitored via the app. Its clear from the onset Andrew and his team is technically very strong.
What sets UGotPower apart is the amount of effort they spent afterwards adapting settings and optimizing the system to gain as much from the solar power as possible. Days after I was happy with the installation Andrew was still busy optimizing until he was happy.

“We ordered a 15KVA system in a critical time when the dramatic load shedding in SA started again in Sep 2022. Most solar installers mentioned that they had a 2 to 3 week lead time, but UGotPower did the installation during this hectic period within 3 days and did a superb job!!

“Contracting for installation was initiated earlier this year after agreeing on the size required. The final installation proved to be quite extensive, as a total replacement and rewiring of the existing DB was also required, as the existing unit was “’full”’. Initially only the inverter and battery part could be completed (at least catering for load shedding!) Delivery of PV-panels was delayed due to unavailability from supplier, but followed soon afterwards

We were and still are extremely satisfied with the professionalism and quality of the installation. (See clean and neat job on photo of installation)

An update to the Freedom Won batteries was performed 3 weeks ago and the occasional previous false battery alarms are now also something of the past“
